Hanson Howard Gallery is Ashland’s oldest gallery and a classic showcase for established and emerging contemporary northwest artists. Working in a variety of media including painting, sculpture, ceramics and fine art prints their art encompasses a diversity of styles ranging from landscape to abstraction. The gallery features monthly exhibitions that open on the First Friday of each month in conjunction with the Ashland Gallery Association’s art walk.

The Schneider Museum of Art, part of the Oregon Center for the Arts at Southern Oregon University, is a vital force in the intellectual life of Southern Oregon University that promotes an understanding of the visual arts within a liberal arts education. Serving both an academic and community audience, it builds a challenging environment that engages with the visual arts through exhibitions and programs supporting interdisciplinary study, research, and discourse.

The new addition of their Tasting Room in 2017 made Irvine and Roberts a go-to wine destination for Ashland locals. A short 5 minute drive from downtown will take you their fabulous vineyard where you can sip on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay overlooking the beautiful cascade mountains.
